In Vladimir’s classes and workshops students discover the joy of balancing different objects and seeing them gracefully move with just a draft of air.  Kinetic art mobiles are most often associated with Alexander Calder.  Students will learn about Calder’s style as well as others, and will draw upon their life experience and personality to create their own pieces.

Whether you are interested in the physics and mathematics behind kinetic art sculpture, or if you prefer to use your artistic intuition to guide you, you will have fun learning from Vladimir.  So come to a class, even if you hate physics and math but love mobiles!
